  • What is the check-out time?

The check-out time is 11 a.m. If desired, you can request a late check-out (additional fee) on the departure day. Every added hour costs USD $10 excluding the 7% turnover tax. We cannot guarantee a late check-out, as this depends on availability.  If it’s not possible, we are able to store your luggage for you at our sister Boutique Hotel ‘t Klooster.

However, if you book through us, you will get to automatically enjoy a free late check-out of 1 p.m.

Yes, provided you are staying in one of our Deluxe Rooms or in the Loft. Unfortunately, our Comfort Rooms cannot accommodate a baby bed/crib.

  • What about the safety and security of the hotel?

The hotel has its own security system and can only be entered with a hotel key. At night, there is security in the area. You can store your valuables in the in-room safe.

We do recommend that you always lock your room door properly. Also, make sure that the hotel gate closes behind you. Even though the neighborhood is safe, we do advise you to remain cautious and careful at all times.
